Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

The PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE ENGINEERING SERVICE, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and through the approved PNP 4^th Quarter CY 2011 Trust Receipts Program of Expenditures, invites contractors registered with the PhilGEPS and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and to bid pursuant to the Revised IRR of RA No. 9184 for the Construction Thirty Two (32) Door PNCO Condo (Phase 1 and Phase 2) in the amount of Twenty Three Million One Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Five Pesos and Sixty two Centavos (P23,157,355.62).
